About
Who is Walubengo?
The short answer
Orator. Strategist. Speech trainer. Author.
Hinn Walubengo is an orator, a strategist, a speech trainer, an author and a minister of the gospel, and the visionary behind two organisations.
iSpeak Society is a non-profit that empowers young people in the area of public speaking. iSpeak Academy is a global public speaking and capacity-building institution, based in Nairobi, serving students, professionals, leaders and organisations. In business he is the Chief Visionary Officer of Double B Consultancy, which does digital packaging and speech training for children and adults.
He studied at Daystar University, and he is a brand ambassador of the PLO Lumumba Foundation. In 2024 he was recognised as the Most Impactful Generational Speaker.
Speaking & communication
Preparing voices for the rooms that matter
Walubengo's work begins with a conviction drawn from Acts 9:15 — that people are prepared to stand before kings and nations. That is what the training is for.
He speaks and trains on public speaking, leadership development, premium brand packaging and communication strategy, in auditoriums, boardrooms, campuses and congregations, and to hundreds of thousands more through his own platforms.
Leadership
Influence, then impact
Leadership is influence, and influence is only worth what it changes. Walubengo's leadership work concentrates on the three things that decide whether influence lasts: how a leader thinks, who a leader is, and the culture a leader's words create.
Author
Books, and a conversation with 400 authors
Walubengo writes on communication, mindset and nurturing. His published work includes Sprout: The Journey of a Dreamer and 360 Seconds of Destiny, and he has spoken of writing as a calling rather than a skill — a way that writing brings healing, wealth and generational impact.
He hosts the Hinnfluence podcast, and has convened conversations with more than 400 authors across Africa and beyond.
Impact
Measured where it counts
Through iSpeak, the work reaches a community of more than 9,200 people across 20+ counties and 7 countries. Of those trained, 97% report increased confidence in communication, 82% feel leadership-ready, and 60% secure internships or mentorships after training.
