Refund Policy

What happens when something is wrong with an order, and how refunds work.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Physical books

If a book arrives damaged, incomplete or is not the title you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the book unused and in resaleable condition. We will refund the price of the book; return delivery is at your cost.

eBooks and digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so they are generally not refundable once the download has been accessed.

If the file is faulty, will not open, or the wrong title was delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Where a refund is issued for a digital product, access to the file is withdrawn.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your order was not created — or you were charged twice — contact us with the M-PESA or PesaPal reference. Verified duplicates are refunded in full.

A payment that does not complete is never charged. If you see a pending amount that does not clear, it is released by the provider.

Speaking engagements and training

Deposits, cancellation windows and rescheduling terms for engagements are agreed in writing per booking and take precedence over this page.

Where we cancel an engagement, any deposit paid is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days, and refunds are returned by the same method you paid with.
