Bookings are requests, not confirmations
Submitting the booking form creates a request and gives you a reference. It does not confirm an engagement. A booking is confirmed only when we tell you in writing that it is confirmed.
A date shown as available may be taken by another confirmed engagement before your request is reviewed.
Fees and agreements
Speaking and training fees are agreed in writing for each engagement, along with travel, accommodation and any other arrangements. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation.
Orders and payment
An order is only treated as paid once we have verified the payment with the payment provider on our own servers. Returning to a success page does not, by itself, complete a payment.
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before charging you if we do.
Stock
Physical books are subject to available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it we will contact you and refund you in full.
Digital products
An eBook licence is personal to you. You may read it on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the file, and access can be withdrawn where a link has been shared publicly.
Intellectual property
The text, images, talks and books on this site belong to Hinn Walubengo unless credited otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution. Reproducing substantial parts requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
